Welcome to Grow Yoga! I'm so glad you're here! Hi, I'm Courtney, owner of Grow Yoga - the yoga studio for your "level up".

I would like to begin by acknowledging that there is a sea of your accomplishments and contributions out here in the world and that each one of them has come to be through your decisions alone. Every time you have chosen something greater for yourself, you have also done so for the world.

Now, think about the world as a whole and yourself as a part of it. What are we up to?

Today’s demands to perform, click, produce and scroll are unending. For a brief moment, consider the word "unending."

Most people will acknowledge this as reality but are not quick to admit perpetuating it.

Let us all ask ourselves this question -

How many years has it been now that I have spent scrolling my phone?

Feelings of unfulfillment and low self worth make total sense because we have watched life become artificial. This is just plain wrong because, let me shout it - we are not supposed to live this way!

Leveling up is so much more than a physical practice. It's elevating how we think, what we say, our listening, what we put our eyes on and where we spend our time. Growth is the most important thing there is and it's power is also unending.

At Grow Yoga, our classes are led from a specific method for transformation. Each class is planned for your growth on and off of your mat. And though, it's only a catalyst. An hour for you to step up to your growing edge. It will be you who brings you to your next level.
