  • Practicing hot yoga regularly has transformed my life in four profound ways: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. I’ve developed a strong, flexible body and have achieved a remarkable balance in these areas of my life. My emotions are now well-regulated, and my struggles with depression and anxiety have diminished almost entirely. My faith in God’s love has deepened, leading to a level of self-love and inner harmony I had never experienced before. Additionally, the heat of the practice has given my skin a radiant glow!

  • My advice for those starting hot yoga is to simply keep coming back and progress at your own pace. Don’t let the names of the postures overwhelm you at first—things will start to make sense as you continue to practice regularly. Consistency is key!

  • I run my own Holistic Personal Chef business called Appetite4Life, where I create healing meals for my clients in addition to teaching yoga. I also offer Chair Yoga for seniors as a supplemental service. I am a Registered Nurse with a special interest in Nutrition, blending my medical knowledge with my passion for holistic wellness.

  • Grow Yoga distinguishes itself by fostering a strong community focused on personal development and growth, both on and off the mat. The empowering language used during practice at Grow Yoga extends beyond the studio and positively influences your everyday life. By practicing without mirrors, Grow Yoga encourages an inward focus that enhances the mental and emotional benefits of yoga. Every session at Grow Yoga leaves you with a sense of empowerment and personal growth.
